The team has arrived!

Everyone is here… healthy, safe, and excited! We ate a delicious dinner and now are gathered for worship. The energy in this room is incredible. It’s a wonderful thing to see a room full of teenagers sold out for Christ!

Here are some pictures for you to enjoy!

(P.S… They are wearing purple bandanas and are on the lower right in the 1st picture).

  1. Thanks for the recent updates letting us know that everyone is doing fine and made it there safe. Please keep these updates coming on a regular basis. It would also be great if you could include pictures of the group so we can see our kids.

    Thanks! Mark Sullivan

  2. Thank you so much for the update and photos. Very glad to hear that everyone and their luggage arrived safely. We will pray for the things specifically outlined in the post. Stay dry!

  3. Hey Emme Grace! So how was Day Two? Kinda quiet here. Lunch was quesadillas con mucho queso y salsa! Yummm… Dinner was pasta w/sausage & peppers. We’ll have all the stuff you don’t like while you’re gone! Betty called to see how you are; she’ll check the blog. Aimee checked the blog while we were on the phone. Did you know Joel played ice hockey for five years? Did I scoop you? Auntie Barbara said they’ll pray for the team. We love you, Em. Mom, Daddy and Andy

  4. Hey, Emme! It’s Saturday evening about 6:00. Just returned from Gamma & Boppa’s. Did Father’s Day with them today. A/C compressor went out on the 10 fwy coming home; made a weird hissing sound. That’ll be about $400. Going to Big Bear tomorrow. Made those new yummy choc-chip cookies and pasta salad for tomorrow. Dad’s going to BBQ chicken. Angels beat the Cubs 7-6 yesterday and 12-0 today. Today is Trevor’s 18th birthday; wished him a happy day on FB! Matt’s grad party is today; wished him well on FB, too. Matt, Caralyne, and I are now FB friends. 🙂 Really quiet w/o you here. Miss you and love you, Mom, Daddy and Andy

  5. Hello Elliot! Glad you made it safely to Atlanta. Everything is quiet here except that run-off elections are next Tuesday. I know your trip to Guatemala will be a success. By the way, what language do they speak there? Italian? (LOL) We are praying for you and the others for a safe trip. Love Mom, Dad, Charles, Doreen, and Patrick (and Bayer)
